ShareKart.in Merchant Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ShareKart Merchant Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Merchant Terms”) govern your participation as a merchant (“Merchant,” “you”) in the ShareKart Affiliate Network (“Platform”), operated by ShareKart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“ShareKart,” “we,” “our”). By registering and listing products/services on ShareKart, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be a registered business entity or an individual with the legal right to sell goods/services.
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date business and payment information.
- You must comply with local regulations including licensing, taxation, and product standards.
2. ACCOUNT CREATION
- Merchants must register with valid business credentials.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and managing access to your account.
- All activities and campaigns run under your account are your responsibility.
3. PRODUCT & CAMPAIGN LISTING
3.1 Listing Standards
- You must provide truthful and complete details for every product/service.
- Offers must include clear terms such as pricing, commissions, payout model (CPC, CPL, CPA, CPM), and conversion definitions.
- Misleading offers, bait-and-switch tactics, or unverifiable services are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Review & Approval
- All campaigns are subject to ShareKart’s internal review.
- ShareKart reserves the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet quality, ethical, or legal standards.
3.3 Campaign Types
- Supported actions: Clicks, Impressions, Leads, Sales, App Installs, etc.
- You may run fixed budget, pay-per-performance, or hybrid campaigns.
4. TRACKING & INTEGRATION
- You must support campaign tracking using at least one of the following methods:
- Tracking Pixel
- Server-to-Server (S2S) Postback
- API Integration
- Proper configuration and testing are mandatory before campaigns go live.
- ShareKart is not responsible for tracking failures caused by misconfiguration.
5. PAYMENTS & BILLING
5.1 Prepaid Accounts
- Campaigns require upfront wallet funding unless invoicing is approved.
- All transactions (clicks, leads, actions) are deducted in real-time from your wallet.
- Campaigns will pause automatically if the wallet balance is insufficient.
5.2 Invoicing (Postpaid Option)
- Available to select merchants with verified billing history.
- Payment must be made within 7 working days of invoice issuance.
- Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
5.3 Refunds & Disputes
- No refunds are issued for consumed budget unless due to verified fraudulent traffic.
- Disputes must be raised within 5 days of transaction reporting.
6. VALIDITY OF ACTIONS
- ShareKart uses automated and manual fraud detection systems.
- Actions from suspicious IPs, VPNs, bots, or invalid sources will be reversed.
- You may manually review and approve leads upon request (CPL/CPA models).
- Reports of invalid traffic must be backed by data (IP logs, timestamps, user agents).
7. AFFILIATE MANAGEMENT
- Merchants may request approval control over which affiliates can run their offers.
- ShareKart reserves the right to assign, approve, or blacklist affiliates from campaigns based on performance or compliance.
- Merchants may not directly poach or solicit ShareKart affiliates outside of the platform.
8. CONTENT & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You agree NOT to promote or list campaigns involving:
- Adult content, violence, illegal substances or products
- Gambling, weapons, hate speech
- Pyramid or Ponzi schemes
- Any content that infringes on intellectual property or misleads consumers
You are solely responsible for the legality and compliance of your product/service in every market it is promoted.
9. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT OR CAMPAIGNS
- You may terminate your account or pause campaigns at any time from the dashboard.
- ShareKart may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
- On termination, all pending payments and reports will be finalized within 15 days.
10. DATA PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
- You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any performance data, affiliate profiles, and user information.
- All data exchanges must comply with relevant data protection laws (e.g., IT Act, GDPR if applicable).
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- ShareKart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee any minimum ROI, traffic volume, or lead quality.
- Services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
12. MODIFICATIONS
- ShareKart may update these Merchant Terms periodically.
- Major changes will be notified via dashboard or email.
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the courts in [Your City], India.
