Welcome to the ShareKart Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”) in the ShareKart Affiliate Network (“Platform”), operated by ShareKart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“ShareKart,” “we,” “our”). By registering and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Affiliate Program.
1. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your affiliation.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, including taxation and marketing regulations.
2. ACCOUNT SETUP & MANAGEMENT
- You may create one affiliate account per person/entity unless explicitly authorized by ShareKart.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility.
- ShareKart reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any account that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
- Commissions are earned for valid, verifiable actions including but not limited to:
- Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Pay Per Lead (PPL)
- Cost Per Action (CPA)
- Cost Per Mille (CPM)
- The payout rate, conversion criteria, and commission type are defined within each campaign offer.
- Commission eligibility is based on genuine user activity only; fraudulent, duplicate, or incentivized actions without prior consent will be voided.
4. 8-LEVEL REFERRAL PROGRAM
- You are entitled to earn referral commissions from affiliates referred directly by you (Level 1), and those they refer, up to 8 levels deep.
- The percentage of commission received from each level is pre-defined and visible in your dashboard.
- All referral earnings are conditional upon valid activity generated by your downline.
- Abuse or manipulation of the referral system will result in immediate disqualification.
5. PROMOTIONAL METHODS
You may promote ShareKart and its campaigns through:
- Blogs, websites, social media, email newsletters (CAN-SPAM compliant)
- Paid advertising (if allowed by the campaign)
- Influencer marketing and community outreach
You may NOT:
- Use spam techniques or unsolicited messages
- Misrepresent ShareKart or campaign offers
- Bid on branded keywords or domains unless approved
- Promote via adult, hate, illegal, or misleading content
- Create fake accounts or perform self-referrals
6. TRACKING & REPORTING
- ShareKart provides tracking tools and a dashboard to monitor your performance.
- You agree not to manipulate cookies, tracking pixels, or postbacks.
- All conversion data is final as per ShareKart’s tracking systems and verified merchant reports.
7. PAYOUTS
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹500 or as defined in your account.
- Payment frequency: Weekly or Monthly, based on selected payout settings.
- Payout methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, or other options as available.
- Valid KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, or GST if applicable) must be submitted before the first payout.
- Payouts are processed only for verified conversions.
8. FRAUD, VIOLATIONS & PENALTIES
The following will be considered violations:
- Use of bots or auto-refresh scripts
- Duplicate or fake lead submissions
- Cookie stuffing or click spamming
- IP spoofing or device emulation
Consequences:
- Forfeiture of commissions
- Account suspension or permanent ban
- Legal action in cases of financial fraud or identity theft
9. TAXATION
- Affiliates are individually responsible for declaring and paying taxes on their earnings.
- ShareKart may deduct TDS or GST as per Indian tax laws where applicable.
- PAN submission is mandatory for Indian residents. Non-compliance will delay payouts.
10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
- You may request account closure at any time.
- ShareKart may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Breach of terms
- Inactivity for over 6 months
- Multiple unresolved violations
- Any unpaid earnings from fraudulent activity will be void.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- ShareKart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Platform services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
- We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time.
- Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications.
- Continued participation after changes implies your acceptance.
13. GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
